Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all quotations, orders and installations carried out by Maze Grass (“we”, “us”, “our”) for the customer (“you”, “your”). A signed copy of this agreement must be returned to us before work commences or materials are delivered. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

1. Definitions

“Maze Grass”, “we”, “us”, “our” means Maze Grass, its employees and authorised agents/contractors. “You”, “your”, “Customer” means the person or entity buying, or agreeing to buy, Goods and/or installation services from us. “Goods” means artificial grass and related materials (e.g. infill, adhesives, edging) supplied by us. “Installation” means the laying and fitting of the Goods at your premises by us or our appointed contractor.

2. Quotation & Pricing

All prices are quoted in AED and this quotation is valid for 7 days from the date issued, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Quoted areas are based on the measurements available at the time of quoting; if final site measurements differ materially once our installer attends, we will confirm any revised pricing with you before proceeding.

3. Payment Terms

100% payment for materials is due before scheduled delivery. Installation costs are due on completion of works. Materials remain the property of Maze Grass until paid in full — see Section 8 (Non-Payment & Recovery of Goods). We reserve the right to delay or suspend delivery and/or installation until payment due at that stage has been received.

4. Delivery & Site Access

Once full payment for materials has been received, delivery can typically be scheduled within 24–48 hours. A representative must be available on site at the scheduled time to receive materials and/or grant access for installation. You are responsible for ensuring the site is cleared of furniture, debris, pets and obstructions, and is otherwise ready for installation, at the scheduled time; delays caused by an unready site may incur additional charges.

We provide 21 calendar days' free storage from the date of purchase for materials awaiting delivery; cancelling within this period is fully refundable. After 21 days, storage is charged at AED 25 per item per day, unless otherwise agreed with us in writing, and the order becomes non-refundable — whether or not delivery has taken place.

5. Installation & Site Conditions

Any sub-base, drainage or ground preparation issues found on site may require additional work at an additional cost, which we will confirm with you before proceeding. You must inform us in advance of the location of any underground irrigation pipes, cabling or other services; we are not liable for damage to any services not disclosed to us before work begins. Installation may be delayed by adverse weather; such delays do not breach this agreement and we will reschedule as soon as reasonably possible.

6. Product Warranty & Limitations

Our artificial grass carries a 10-year limited warranty covering the specification set out in your quotation (UV stability, colour fastness and water resistance under normal use). This warranty does not cover:

• Burns, scorching or melting caused by reflection or heat magnification from windows, mirrors, glass balustrades or other reflective surfaces — a known risk with all artificial grass products. It is not possible for Maze Grass to assess in advance whether windows or reflective surfaces at your property will cause this issue; full liability for any such damage rests with the customer
• Burns or melting from cigarettes, barbecues, fire pits or other heat sources
• Damage caused by pets, sharp objects, vehicles, or improper or unintended use
• Minor colour or texture variation between different production batches
• Damage resulting from ground movement, standing water, or sub-base/drainage issues not installed by Maze Grass
• Damage caused by adverse weather conditions, including but not limited to flooding, sinkholes or ground subsidence caused by excessive rain, soil erosion, storm or wind damage, and extreme temperature fluctuations

7. Damages & Reported Issues

Please inspect materials on delivery and the finished installation on completion. Any damage, defect or installation issue MUST be reported to us in writing within 7 days of delivery or completion (whichever applies), with photographs where possible. Claims reported after 7 days will not be accepted and Maze Grass shall have no liability in respect of such claims.

8. Non-Payment & Recovery of Goods

Materials and completed installation remain the property of Maze Grass until full payment — for both materials and installation — has been received. If any balance payment is not received in accordance with these Terms, you grant Maze Grass permission to access the property to remove the grass and any related materials. This permission is granted irrevocably and cannot be withdrawn by you. Wherever reasonably possible, we will give you advance notice before exercising this right.

9. General

Product images, colours, pile heights and samples shown in brochures, on our website or in quotations are indicative only; natural variation can occur between samples and the delivered product. We may photograph completed installations for use in our marketing materials — tell us in writing at the time of order if you'd prefer to opt out. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with the courts of Dubai having exclusive jurisdiction. Neither party may vary these Terms without the other's written agreement.

10. Acceptance

A signed copy of this agreement must be returned to Maze Grass before work commences or materials are delivered. By signing, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, including the permission granted to us under Section 8 (Non-Payment & Recovery of Goods).
